Flight Systems 48 Volt Replacement FICM For 03-07 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel. Ford® 6.0 Liter and International VT365 FICM. Remanufactured Fuel Injection Control Modules for Ford 6.0L engines provide added reliability with solutions to common problems. FICMs commonly have power and logic board failures. They are cleaned, repaired and reassembled using 100% replacement components and 100% rework to eliminate any intermittent failures. All modules are tri-temp tested to ensure accurate and reliable operation. Each standard or coldstart FICM has a unique part for number with installation/ programming instructions including troubleshooting tips. Full functional testing using true loads. 100% replacement of components known to cause low FICM voltage issues.

Coldstart FICM are upgraded to improve hard starting of cold engines. Coldstart FICM voltage increase will decrease backfires and enhance engine performance.

Note - A scan tool will always read 22% lower than actual voltage. Application Note: Ford F650 / 750 applications use the VT365 engine with the Navistar engine management system. When the FICM is installed on the F650 / 750 the engine will run, but the check engine light will be turned on and a DTC is set. PCM / IDM software is incompatible. The FICM will need to be reprogrammed with the appropriate Navistar device.
