No reimbursement will be made for expenses incurred due to loss of use from the failure of any covered part, including but not limited to: towing, lost wages or income, lost time or inconvenience. Purchaser must retain the original invoice and present it or the invoice number at the time of claim. You must enclose a copy of your original invoice. Parts that were used, but not needed, will need proper authorization before sending them back. Incorrect or Non Functional Parts.
In the event we do not have a replacement part, you will be emailed a call tag for the part. If the part works properly or is not the incorrect part it will be treated as a normal return.
